Consulting & Mentoring

With C-level executive experience, primarily in technology businesses, but also with a broad knowledge of business and even non-profit leadership, I am available to help companies and individuals with particular needs.

Consulting

 I have led start-ups and mid-sized companies. Some were highly profitable others struggled to build profitability in emerging or highly competitive markets.

In addition, I have helped five companies through successful acquisitions primarily as the CEO.  I have also consulted with a boutique investment banking firm evaluating companies for sale and assisting with acquisitions.

Mentoring

As a mentor, my role is to help clients work effectively and to maintain a proper balance between work and their personal lives.  I take a personal but objective interest in my clients, helping them capitalize on their strengths and compensate for their weaknesses.

In particular, I help leaders – either new leaders or those facing challenges.
